The Role:
This is no ordinary operations job. You’ll take charge of our end-to-end workflows, making sure every aspect of production, logistics, and client delivery runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll also collaborate with our vibrant team to optimise processes, tackle challenges, and deliver projects that leave clients amazed.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all operational activities, from production planning to final delivery.
Streamline and optimise workflows to ensure faster turnaround times without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the production, logistics, and sales teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Solve bottlenecks and manage crises to keep projects on track.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
Monitor budgets and costs to maximise operational efficiency.
Implement and manage tools and systems to improve process transparency and team coordination.
Ensure all projects align with Splssh’s values of speed, innovation, and sustainability.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, production, or logistics management.
A track record of improving processes and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and operational software.
A passion for innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
