At Splssh, we’ve helped over 1000 brands go from “just another logo” to full-blown cult status, with merch that turns heads and makes bank. Now, we’re looking for a New Business Specialist to help us find and nurture our next generation of bold, brilliant clients. You’ll be the first handshake, the follow-up ninja, and the one who helps them fall head-over-heels in love with our process.

What you'll be doing: 

• Proactively source, connect with and close new clients (SMEs to corporates)

• Pitch our Merch Kits and custom offerings with charm and clarity

• Understand each client’s brand needs, then offer tailored solutions

• Collaborate with our in-house design and logistics team to deliver flawless execution

• Build your own sales pipeline using CRM tools (don’t worry, we’ll show you how)

• Track deals, celebrate wins, and always follow up

We’re looking for someone who...

• Has 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, brand partnerships, or agency work

• Loves talking to people and turning conversations into opportunities

• Is fully bilingual (Afrikaans + English) – communication is your superpower

• Knows how to work with targets without turning robotic

• Has a driver’s license and is happy to attend client meetings when needed

• Thinks fast, follows up faster, and is comfortable managing their own time
