Your content should smell like new merch.

We’re building SA’s most creative merch brand – and our online presence needs to hit just as hard. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a creative, community-savvy Content & Community Coordinator to help us tell stories that feel like lifestyle campaigns, not sales pitches.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Capturing and editing BTS footage, client stories, and product drops

• Building out social calendars and running platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Coordinating shoots, styling merch, and assisting with campaign rollouts

• Creating graphics in Canva or Adobe (aesthetic and aligned to brand guidelines)

• Engaging with our community – from DMs to comments to happy-client reposts

• Planning newsletters, writing vibey copy, and helping us launch new Merch Kits

You’re our person if you:

• Have 1–3 years in content creation, social media management, or brand comms

• Are visually obsessed: from clean flat-lays to punchy Reels

• Write like a real person – sharp, fun, and full of feeling (ENG + AFR)

• Can handle multiple projects without dropping the ball

• Know your way around basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom etc.)

• Are comfortable on camera
